Yoga Palapa
A 1,090 square-foot open space overlooking the stunning jungle surroundings. Built with sustainably-harvested wood, the Tranquility Studio accommodates up to 40 people in a yoga workshop or meditation style gathering. The studio is fully-equipped with yoga mats and props, offering a tranquil setting with beautiful jungle vistas. The Tranquility Palapa has a lovely, earthy atmosphere with a gentle breeze. Use of this palapa is included in group rates and available on a scheduled basis.
Farm-To-Table All Inclusive Restaurant
At the heart of Copal Tree Lodge is Copal Tree Farm, the first certified organic farm in Belize, growing indigenous crops such as coffee, cacao, sugarcane, and vanilla. The farm supplies over 70% of the food served at Copal Tree Lodge. We prepare the freshest ingredients with holistic intentions for our retreat goers. You will get to experience one-of-a-kind meals prepared for your yoga retreat group in our all-inclusive package. We cater to any dietary restrictions, just let us know if any of your guests have any dietary needs when they book.
Gathering Areas
Copal Tree Lodge has many gathering places to hold meet-ups for your yoga retreat group. One is our half-circle fire pit. It is the perfect place to gather, not only at night around a fire, but also just as a space to come together as a group for a quick meeting prior to heading out on an adventure. We recommend fire ceremonies for yoga retreat groups. Another great gathering area is the Canopy Lounge with a private bar, tables and open space in front of the infinity pool. This would be a beautiful spot for morning yoga, an informal group gathering, and private happy hours or parties.
