Nestled in the heart of the main lodge, the Copal Tree Rum Bar is the perfect haven to relax and unwind. The central lounge is encircled by cool, shaded decks nestled within the jungle canopy. Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi, a collection of culinary and botanical books, magazines, and games for the occasional rainy day. 

Each day at 6pm, enjoy cocktails and complimentary snacks. Freshly squeezed juices, coconuts, limes, exotic fruits, and fresh herbs are expertly blended with spirits, including our very own Belizean Copalli Rum.
