Savor farm-to-table produce at our locally-inspired restaurant, The Garden Table, where the majority of the food served is freshly harvested daily from the farm. We strive to prepare dishes that are culturally significant, fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, using seasonal produce.
Influenced by Belize's rich heritage, our meals blend Mayan, East Indian, Creole, Garifuna, Latin, and Indo-Caribbean flavors, utilizing both traditional and modern cooking techniques. We incorporate wild and seasonal foods such as the heart of cohune palm, oyster mushrooms, jippy jappa, and fruits like Mali apple, velvet apple, and Surinam cherry.
During seasonal abundance, we freeze and can marmalades and pickled vegetables, and make our own hot sauce. We love cooking with local ingredients, including chocolate, vanilla, cane sugar, and rum. While our coffee plants mature, we source organic coffee from Guatemala and roast it on-site.
